 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. PURSUANT TO COMMENTS BY THE CITY COMMISSION AT THE
 PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR CONSIDERATION OF ADDING THIS PARCEL
 TO THE PBAU MASTER PLAN, ADDITIONAL FA?ADE ALTERATIONS
 SHOULD BE CONSIDERED, INCLUDING ADDITIONAL WINDOWS,
 AWNINGS, ETC.
  
 2. THE PBAU MASTER PLAN DOES NOT PROVIDE FOR THE
 CONSTRUCTION OF AN ADDITIONAL BUILDING (PRE-FAB KILN
 ROOM). A MAJOR AMENDMENT TO THE PBAU COMMUNITY SERVICE
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (CSPD) SHALL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE
 FOR THE ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTION. AS PART OF THIS
 APPLICATION, ADDITIONAL IMPROVEMENTS WILL NEED TO BE
 PROVIDED INCLUDING REQUIRED LANDSCAPING, ETC.
  
 3. ON SHEET A-4 (FLOOR PLAN), WHAT APPEARS TO BE A
 PROPOSED 6 FOOT CHAIN LINK FENCE AROUND THE PROPOSED
 KILN ROOM IS IDENTIFIED WITH KEY NOTE #16, WHICH SPEAKS
 OF INTERIOR WALLS AND DOORS. ENSURE THAT ALL KEY NOTES
 ARE APPROPRIATELY COORDINATED WITH THE PLAN.
  
 4. AS IT APPEARS THAT THE PATIO BETWEEN THE EXISTING
 BUILDING AND THE PROPOSED KILN ROOM WILL BE AN OUTDOOR
 WORK AREA, A SCREEN WALL WITH LANDSCAPING AND OPAQUE
 GATES SHOULD BE PROVIDED ALONG THE GRUBER PLACE
 FRONTAGE.
  
 5. ALL IMPROVEMENTS NEED TO BE SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN,
 INCLUDING NEW FENCING/WALLS, AWNINGS, ETC.
  
 6. TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT AND ACCURATE SURVEY
 SHALL BE PROVIDED. THE SURVEY SHALL IDENTIFY ALL
 EASEMENTS AND OTHER ENCUMBRANCES ON THE PROPERTY.
 ENSURE THAT THE SURVEY ALSO COVERS THAT AREA WHERE THE
 PROPOSED KILN ROOM IS TO BE LOCATED.
  
 7. THE PROPOSED GATES SHALL NOT SWING OUTWARD, BLOCKING
 THE SIDEWALK.
  
 8. PLEASE EXPLAIN THE PURPOSE OF THE GATES ON THE
 PATIO; ARE THEY FOR VEHICULAR ACCESS? THIS AREA OF THE
 STREET HAS ON-STREET PARKING?THEREFORE, VEHICULAR
 ACCESS INTO THIS AREA WOULD NOT BE POSSIBLE.
