 1- PROVIDE SHUTTERS COMPLETE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE AS
 REQUIRED BY CITY IMPLEMENTATION STANDARD FOR WIND-BORNE
 DEBRIS IMPACT PROTECTION FOR THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
 SEE CITY SAMPLE. ALL THE COLUMNS NEED TO BE COMPLETED.
 ALTERNATIVELY, YOU MAY PROVIDE COMPLETE INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULE IN ANY OTHER FORMAT AS LONG AS ALL THE
 REQUIRED INFORMATION IS PROVIDED.
 NOTE: IT LOOKS LIKE THE PROPOSED ACCORDION SHUTTERS ARE
 GOING TO BE INSTALLED ON THE SECOND FLOOR. I BELIEVE
 THE SECOND FLOOR OF THESE HOUSES ARE WOOD FRAMED.
 (CONTRACTOR TO VERIFY) TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION
 WHEN COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE TO AVOID
 CONFLICTS/DELAYS. PROPOSED INSTALLATION WILL BE

 REVISE SHUTTERS INSTALLATION SCHEDULE SUBMITTED:
 A) THE DESIGN PRESSURES DON'T MATCH DESIGN PRESSURES
 MARKED ON THE ENGINEERED DESIGN PRESSURES SUBMITTED.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH. AND, REVISE ANCHOR SPACING
 (TOP AND BOTTOM) ACCORDINGLY. SEC. R301.1
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 NOTE: COORDINATE WITH ITEM #2 BELOW. BASED ON THE KEY
 PLAN SUBMITTED OPENINGS #1, 2 AND 5 ARE LOCATED IN
 LOCATION ZONE 5. (FIGURE R301.2(7) OF FBC-RESIDENTIAL
 ALL OPENINGS WITHIN 4 FEET OF END OF WALL ARE
 CONSIDERED ZONE 5).
  
 B) GLASS SEPARATION OF 2-3/4" REQUIRES ONE LOCK AND TWO
 LOCKING RODS OR TWO LOCKS. SEE SEPARATION TO GLASS
 REQUIREMENTS ON SHEET 11 OF 20 OF SHUTTER DRAWINGS
 SUBMITTED. CLARIFY IF USING ONE LOCK AND TWO LOCKING

 SUBMITTED FOR CORRECT WAY OF DIMENSIONING THE SHUTTER
