 DIMENSIONS BETWEEN THEM OF THE PROPOSED BUILDING.
  
 THE PROPOSED PROJECT SHALL COMPLY WITH THE FLORIDA FIRE
 PREVENTION CODE WHICH INCLUDES NFPA 241, STANDARD FOR
 SAFEGUARDING CONSTRUCTION, ALTERATION, AND DEMOLITION
 OPERATIONS, 2013 EDITION
  
 PER NFPA 241, 4.2 TEMPORARY OFFICES AND SHEDS; TABLE
 4.2.1 SEPARATION DISTANCES, FIRE SPRINKLERS ARE
 REQUIRED IN EACH TRAILER.
 4.2.1* SEPARATION DISTANCES BETWEEN BUILDINGS UNDER
 CONSTRUCTION AND CONSTRUCTION-RELATED STRUCTURES, SUCH
 AS TEMPORARY OFFICES, TRAILERS, SHEDS, AND OTHER
 FACILITIES FOR THE STORAGE OF TOOLS AND MATERIALS
 HAVING COMBUSTIBLE CONSTRUCTION OR CONTENTS, SHALL BE
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH TABLE 4.2.1.
  
 1) 20 FEET EXPOSED LENGTH SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM
 ADJACENT STRUCTURES BY AT LEAST 30 FEET
 2) 30 FEET EXPOSED LENGTH SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM
 ADJACENT STRUCTURES BY AT LEAST 35 FEET
 3) 40 FEET EXPOSED LENGTH SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM
 ADJACENT STRUCTURES BY AT LEAST 40 FEET
 4) 50 FEET EXPOSED LENGTH SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM
 ADJACENT STRUCTURES BY AT LEAST 45 FEET
 5) 60 FEET EXPOSED LENGTH SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM
 ADJACENT STRUCTURES BY AT LEAST 50 FEET
 6) GREATER THAN 60 FEET EXPOSED LENGTH SHALL BE
 SEPARATED FROM ADJACENT STRUCTURES BY AT LEAST 60 FEET
 **A 75 PERCENT REDUCTION IN SEPARATION DISTANCES SHALL
 BE PERMITTED TO BE APPLIED, PROVIDED AUTOMATIC

 NOTES:
 (1) WHERE THE SEPARATION DISTANCE BETWEEN TEMPORARY
 STRUCTURES IS LESS THAN THE MINIMUM SEPARATION
 DISTANCE, THEN THE EXPOSING WALL LENGTH SHALL BE
 CONSIDERED TO BE THE SUM OF THE INDIVIDUAL EXPOSING
 WALL LENGTHS OF THE TEMPORARY STRUCTURES.
 (2) A 75 PERCENT REDUCTION IN SEPARATION DISTANCES
 SHALL BE PERMITTED TO BE APPLIED, PROVIDED AUTOMATIC
 SPRINKLER PROTECTION IS USED IN THE EXPOSING STRUCTURE.
 (3) THE SEPARATION DISTANCES APPLY TO SINGLE-LEVEL
 STRUCTURES ONLY. THIS TABLE DOES NOT APPLY TO
 MULTILEVEL, UNSPRINKLERED STRUCTURES. A LEVEL, WHERE
 APPLYING THIS TABLE, IS 3600 MM (144 IN.).
  
 4.2.2* DETACHMENT BETWEEN TEMPORARY STRUCTURES,
 ADEQUATE TEMPORARY FIXED FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS, AND
 PORTABLE EQUIPMENT SHALL BE PROVIDED AS REQUIRED BY THE
 AUTHORITY HAVING JURISDICTION.
  
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE FOR THE INDICATED REQUIRMENTS OR
 SPRINKLER THEM FOR A 75% REDUCTION IN SEPARATION

 2) THERE ARE TWO ACCESS GATES INDICATED. THESE GATES
 SHALL PROVIDE THE REQUIRED OPENING DISTANCE FOR FIRE

 SITE AND IS REQUIRED TO BE A FIRE LANE.

 18.2.3.4.1 DIMENSIONS.
 18.2.3.4.1.1 FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCESS ROADS SHALL HAVE AN
 UNOBSTRUCTED WIDTH OF NOT LESS THAN 20 FT (6.1 M).
 18.2.3.4.1.2 FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCESS ROADS SHALL HAVE AN
 UNOBSTRUCTED VERTICAL CLEARANCE OF NOT LESS THAN 13 FT
 6 IN. (4.1 M).
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE INDICATIONS OF THE REQUIRED DIMENSION.
  
  
  
 3) FOR SECURITY AND FD ACCESS A KNOX PADLOCK IS
 STRONGLY RECOMMENDED FOR 24 HR EMERGENCY ACCESS.
  
 A GENERAL CONSTRUCTION LOCK WILL BE CUT AND SITE LEFT
 UNSECURED IF A KNOX PADLOCK IS NOT PROVIDED.

 3.) THE SITE PLAN SHOWS MATERIAL CONTAINERS ON THE

 CONTAINERS AND SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE PLAN FOR
 THE CONSTRUCTION FENCE.
