 LEAST TWO (2) FEET (TO THE SOUTH) FROM THE FRONT FACADE
 OF THE PROPOSED BUILDING ADDITION.
  
 2. CONTINGENT UPON APPROVAL FROM THE ADJACENT PROPERTY
 OWNER (TO THE EAST), THE DRIVEWAY CONNECTION BETWEEN
 THE TWO PROPERTIES SHALL BE REMOVED AND THE CURBING
 SHALL BE EXTENDED, AS IDENTIFIED IN THE ?ALTERNATE
 DRIVEWAY EXHIBIT? PROVIDED ON SHEET C1.00 (SITE PLAN).
  
 3. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY/COMPLETION OF THE PROPOSED ADDITION, BIKE
 RACKS SHALL BE INSTALLED ON THE SITE (IF NONE CURRENTLY
 EXIST). THE LOCATION AND STYLE OF THE BIKE RACKS SHALL
 BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY?S PLANNING
 DIVISION AND INCORPORATED INTO ANY APPLICABLE BUILDING
 PERMITS.
  
 4. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OF ANY EXISTING TREES, A TREE
 ALTERATION PERMIT APPLICATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO,
 AND APPROVED BY, THE CITY?S DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT ? PLANNING DIVISION.
