 BELOW BFE, IF FLOOD VENTS ARE INSTALLED AND NO
 MATERIALS OR EQUIPMENT THAT CAN BE DAMAGED BY FLOOD

 THIS IS DOUBLE TRAPPING A FIXTURE IT SHALL CONNECT DOWN
 STREAM OF THE TUB TRAP. PER FBC RES P3201.6
  
 2. YOUR PERMIT SUBMITTAL PACKAGE IS A LITTLE CONFUSING
 THERE SEAMS TO BE OLD PLANS AND DOCUMENTS FROM PREVIOUS
 REVIEW WHEN YOU RESUBMIT PLEASE MARK ALL OLD SHEETS AS
 VOID SO ANYBODY THAT LOOKS AT SUBMITTAL KNOWS WHICH IS
 NEW AND WHICH IS OLD ALSO SUBMIT A DETAILED SCOPE OF
 PLUMBING AND GAS WORK BEING DONE THE LETTER THAT WAS
 SUBMITTED SAID THE RENOVATION WORK ON THE FIRST FLOOR
 WAS ELIMINATED WITH ALL THE DIFFERENT PLAN SHEETS I
 JUST WANT TO BE SURE WHAT IS BEING PERMITTED. PER WPB
