 18100459 THAT DEPICTS LOCATION OF BUILDING IN BOTH THE
 6?AND 7? NAVD88 FLOOD ZONES. EC SUBMITTED WAS NOT
 CORRECT, EC WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND ONLY LOCATED TOP
 OF FOOTERS IT DID NOT KNOWLEDGE PROPOSED FLOOR
 ELEVATION.EC ALSO HAD NOTATION OF FLOOD VENTS. RICHARD
 DEAN OF DEAN SURVEYING WAS CONTACTED CONCERNING THE
 FLOOD VENTS AND NOT HAVING A PROPOSED EC. HE STATED HE
 USED THE GARAGE DOOR OPENINGS AS FLOOD OPENINGS. MR.
 DEAN SAID HE WOULD PROVIDE A PROPER PROPOSED EC AND
 PROVIDE AN UNDER CONSTRUCTION EC SHOWING FLOOR
 ELEVATION. THE EC DATED 10/01/18 HE SAID IS NOT CORRECT
 AND HE WILL VOID THAT DOCUMENT. R DEAN SAID HE WOULD
 HAVE THE CORRECTED EC BY 11/02/18 COMMENT NOT CLOSED.
