2018-07-13 11:53:56ZONING REVIEW FAILED, DUE TO THE FOLLOWING:
  
 1) INDICATE ON SURVEYS THE DIMENSIONS (LXW) OF PROPOSED
 DRIVEWAY. DRIVEWAY WITH AT PROPERTY LINE SHALL NOT
 EXCEED 20' IN WIDTH.
 2) INDICATE THE SETBACK FROM THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY TO
 THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE, SHOULD BE AT LEAST 3 FEET.
 3) ENSURE FRONT YARD MEETS LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS,
 WHEREBY, THE LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT
 OF THE FRONT YARD AREA SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH LIVING
 PLANT MATERIAL (SUCH AS GRASS, GROUND COVER, SHRUBS,
 HEDGES, VINES OR TREES).
  
 NOTE: IF MATERIAL OF NEW DRIVEWAY ARE PAVERS, THEN 60%
 LANDSCAPING IS REQUIRED.
