 1. LOCATION OF ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES SHALL BE
 LOCATED ON THE SHORTEST ROUTE FROM THE PARKING SPACE TO
 THE BUILDING ENTRANCE PER FBC A208.3.
 PARKING FACILITIES SHALL COMPLY WITH 208.3
  
 208.3.1 GENERAL.
 DESIGNATED ACCESSIBLE SPACES SHALL BE DESIGNED AND
 MARKED FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THOSE INDIVIDUALS WHO
 HAVE A SEVERE PHYSICAL DISABILITY AND HAVE PERMANENT OR
 TEMPORARY MOBILITY PROBLEMS THAT SUBSTANTIALLY IMPAIR
 THEIR ABILITY TO AMBULATE AND WHO HAVE BEEN ISSUED
 EITHER A DISABLED PARKING PERMIT UNDER S. 316.1958 OR
 S. 320.0848 OR A LICENSE PLATE UNDER S. 320.084, S.
 320.0842, S. 320.0843, OR S. 320.0845. PARKING SPACES
 COMPLYING WITH 502 THAT SERVE A PARTICULAR BUILDING OR
 FACILITY SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE SHORTEST ACCESSIBLE
 ROUTE FROM PARKING TO AN ENTRANCE COMPLYING WITH 206.4.
 ALL SPACES MUST BE LOCATED ON AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE THAT
 IS AT LEAST 44 INCHES (1118 MM) WIDE AND SO THAT USERS
 ARE NOT COMPELLED TO WALK OR WHEEL BEHIND PARKED
 VEHICLES EXCEPT BEHIND HIS OR HER OWN VEHICLE. WHERE
 PARKING SERVES MORE THAN ONE ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE,
 PARKING SPACES COMPLYING WITH 502 SHALL BE DISPERSED
 AND LOCATED ON THE SHORTEST ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO THE
 ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCES. IF THERE ARE MULTIPLE ENTRANCES
 FOR MULTIPLE RETAIL STORES THE PARKING SPACES MUST BE
 DISPERSED TO PROVIDE PARKING AT THE NEAREST ACCESSIBLE
 ENTRANCE. IN PARKING FACILITIES THAT DO NOT SERVE A
 PARTICULAR BUILDING OR FACILITY, PARKING SPACES
 COMPLYING WITH 502 SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE SHORTEST
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO AN ACCESSIBLE PEDESTRIAN ENTRANCE
 OF THE PARKING FACILITY.
  
 2. PROVIDE ACCESSIBLE ROUTE PER FBC A206.
 206.2.1SITE ARRIVAL POINTS.
 AT LEAST ONE ACCESSIBLE ROUTE SHALL BE PROVIDED WITHIN
 THE SITE FROM ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES AND ACCESSIBLE
 PASSENGER LOADING ZONES; PUBLIC STREETS AND SIDEWALKS;
 AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION STOPS TO THE ACCESSIBLE
 BUILDING OR FACILITY ENTRANCE THEY SERVE.
  
 3. HEIGHT TO BOTTOM OF ACCESSIBLE PARKING SIGN HAS BEEN
 CHANGED FROM 84 INCHES TO 60 INCHES. A COPY OF THE NEW
 PARKING DETAIL HAS BEEN PROVIDED FOR YOUR REVIEW AND
 USE.
  
 4. VALUE - IF THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER IS TO BE INCREASED
 IN SIZE PER THE ZONING REVIEW COMMENT THEN THE VALUE
 SHALL BE ADJUSTED TO REFLECT THIS ADDITIONAL WORK.

 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATIONS. IF, IN THE OPINION OF
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF

 MECHANICAL OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE
 UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE
 DENIED, UNLESS THE APPLICANT CAN SHOW DETAILED,
 QUANTITY ESTIMATES, AND/OR BONA FIDE SIGNED CONTRACTS
 (EXCLUDING LAND VALUE) TO MEET THE APPROVAL OF THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION
 OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT
 VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING,
 MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH, RELATIVE SITE WORK,
 ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS,
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION
 COST ANALYSIS SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.),
 AS PUBLISHED BY INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS.
 FINAL BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL AND/OR REVISED
 MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS.
