2018-06-26 14:33:28ZONING REVIEW FAILED, DUE TO THE FOLLOWING:
  
 1) INDICATE LOCATION OF FENCE BY MARKING ENTIRE LENGTH
 OF FENCE WITH AN "X" ON SURVEY. ALSO INDICATE HEIGHT OF
 FENCE ON SURVEY.
 2) THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED FENCE IS ENCROACHING
 INTO A UTILITY EASEMENT. PROVIDE APPROVED EASEMENT
 CONSENT FORMS FROM ALL 5 UTILITY HOLDERS WILL BE
 REQUIRED.
 3) THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED WITHIN A HISTORIC DISTRIC.
 PER HISTORIC PRESERVATION GUIDELINE, CHAIN LINK FENCES
 MUST BE COATED. AN THE PORTION OF FENCE WTHIN THE FRONT
 SETBACK SHALL BE SCREENED WITH HEDGES OR VINES TO COVER
 THEM.
 4) TWO SEPARATE FENCE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 SUBMITTED AS THESE PROPERTIES ARE NOT UNIFIED.
