 1) PURSUANT TO SEC. 94-312(1)C - PARKING FOR LESS THAN
 THREE RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS: A SINGLE DRIVEWAY
 SHALL HAVE A WIDTH OF NO GREATER THAN 20 FEET AT THE
 PROPERTY LINE OR WHERE THE DRIVEWAY ADJOINS THE APRON
 IF THE APRON IS NOT LOCATED WHOLLY WITHIN THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY.
 2) ENSURE FRONT YARD MEETS LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS,
 WHEREBY, THE LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT
 OF THE FRONT YARD AREA SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH LIVING
 PLANT MATERIAL (SUCH AS GRASS, GROUND COVER, SHRUBS,
 HEDGES, VINES OR TREES). NOTE THECOMPLIANCE ON SURVEY.
 3) INDICATE THE SETBACK FROM THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY TO
 THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE, SHOULD BE AT LEAST 3 FEET.
