 IS MISSING THE FOLLOWING UTILITY RELEASES AND RELATED
 PERMITS. PLEASE SEE BELOW;
  
 WE WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING ITEMS,
  
 1) CONFIRMATION OF RELEASE OF POWER FROM F.P.L., THAT
 NO SERVICE EXIST AT THE ADDRESS ABOVE. WHAT WAS
 INCLUDED IN THE APPLICATION PACKAGE WAS A NO CONFLICT
 LETTER. THIS LETTER DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE POWER HAS
 BEEN SAFELY REMOVED.
  
 2) CONFIRMATION OF RELEASE OF SERVICE FROM F.P.U. THAT
 NO SERVICE EXIST AT THE ADDRESS ABOVE. WHAT WAS
 INCLUDED IN THE APPLICATION PACKAGE WAS A NO CONFLICT
 LETTER. THIS LETTER DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY GAS
 SERVICE HAS BEEN SAFELY REMOVED.
  
 3) AN ASBESTOS ABATEMENT SURVEY. THIS PROPERTY IS
 CONSIDERED COMMERCIAL, (4 OR MORE UNITS), AND THEREFORE
 WILL REQUIRE THIS ABATEMENT SUMMARY LETTER OR A LETTER
 CONFIRMING NO ASBESTOS EXIST.
  
 4) A PLUMBING PERMIT MUST BE PULLED TO CAP THE SEWER
 LATERALS. WHEN THE CAPS ARE COMPLETED, A FINAL PLUMBING
 INSPECTION, #703, WILL NEED TO BE REQUESTED AND PASSED.
  
 5) A RODENT LETTER FROM A PEST CONTROL COMPANY THAT THE
 PROPERTY HAS BEEN INSPECTED FOR RODENTS AND IF FOUND
 TREATED, OR IF NOT FOUND, THAT WILL BE CONFIRMED IN THE
 LETTER AS WELLL.
  
 6) A COPY OF THE N.O.C.
  
 7) THE APPLICATION WILL BE MOVED TO ENGINEERING AND
 HISTORIC FOR REVIEW APPROVALS OR COMMENTS. I WILL MOVE
 IT TO THE ENGINEERING MAILBOX NEXT.
