 1) THE SCOPE OF WORK FOR THE PROPOSED COMMERCIAL
 REMODELING PROJECT, AS SHOWN ON THE SUBMITTED PLANS,
 INCLUDES BUILDING, MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING
 WORK, AND THEREFORE REQUIRES THAT A FL. LICENSED
 GENERAL CONTRACTOR SUBMIT A PERMIT APPLICATION- SECTION
 105 WPB. THE SUBMITTED APPLICATION FROM MR. AIR FOR
 MECHANICAL VENTILATION MAY BE A SEPARATE PERMIT OR A
 SUB-PERMIT UNDER THE GC'S APPLICATION.
  
 2) THE PROPOSED GARAGE EXHAUST SYSTEM MUST EITHER RUN
 CONTINOUSLY OR INTERMITTENTLY PER SECTION 404.1. FBC M.
 BECAUSE THE PROPOSED SYSTEM IS AUTOMATED TO OPERATE
 INTERMITTENTLY USING CO AND NO2 SENSORS, THE EXISTING
 FAN MUST ALSO BE CONNECTED TO THE SENSORS AND CANNOT BE
 CONTROLLED BY A TIME CLOCK. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE
 EXHAUST RATE CAN NEVER GO TO ZERO: THE EXHAUST RATE
 MUST EITHER BE THE FULL RATE OF 0.75 CFM PER SQ. FT. OR
 0.05 CFM PER SQ. FT. AS DETERMINED BY THE CO AND NO2
 SENSORS.
  
 3) VERIFY THAT ALL ROOMS AND OCCUPANCIES THAT ARE
 ADJACENT OR ACCESSORY TO THE GARAGE WILL BE MAINTAINED
 AT A POSITIVE PRESSURE AND WILL BE PROVIDED WITH
 VENTILATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 403.3.1 FBC M.
  
 4) PROVIDE THE WIND LOAD DESIGN CRITERIA FOR
 INSTALLATION OF THE ROOF TOP FAN- SECTION 301.15 FBC M
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE INSERT
