 THERE IS A PERMIT #18020529 THAT WAS ISSUED TO REPLACE
 THE EXISTING CAST IRON SEWER PIPES WITH PVC. IT APPEARS
 THAT THIS PERMIT IS FOR REPLACING THE CONCRETE THAT WAS
 CUT AND REMOVED TO ACCESS THE BUILDING DRAIN AND SEWER.
  
 1) PROVIDE TWO SETS OF A FLOOR PLAN THAT SHOWS THE
 DIMENSIONS AND THICKNESS OF THE CONCRETE THAT IS BEING
 INSTALLED. FBC-R 606.1
  
 2) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC-R 318.1 FOR TERMITE
 PROTECTION.
  
 3) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC-R506.2.3 FOR A VAPOR
 RETARDER (6-MIL POLYETHYLENE).
  
 4) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC-R506.2.4.2 WHICH REQUIRES
 FIBER MESH CONCRETE OR WELDED WIRE REINFORCEMENT WIRE
 TO CONTROL CRACKING.
  
 5) IN ORDER TO PREVENT SETTLEMENT OF THE PATCHED AREAS,
 PROVIDE DETAILS ON DOWELING INTO THE EXISTING CONCRETE
