 1) THIS PERMIT ONLY APPROVES THE PHASE I CONSTRUCTION
 FENCE. THE RESOLUTION APPROVING THE KRAVIS CENTER
 EXPANSION DOES NOT PERMIT THE TWO VALET AREAS (NEW
 GARAGE AND COHEN VALET) TO BE UNDER CONSTRUCTION AT THE
 SAME TIME. THE PHASE II CONSTRUCTION FENCE REQUIRES THE
 APPROVAL OF A PERMIT REVISION PRIOR TO ITS INSTALLATION
 SO THAT STAFF CAN VERIFY THAT ALL THE DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS CONTAINED IN THE RESOLUTION ARE MET.
  
 2) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MAJORITY OF THE PHASE II AND
 ALL OF THE PHASE III FENCES ARE ON A DIFFERENT PARCEL
 THAN THE PHASE I FENCE AND WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE
 PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 3) YOU MUST STORE THE EXISTING POLE FOR RE-USE AT THE
 PERMANENT TROLLEY LOCATION AND RE-INSTALL THE SIGNS
 THAT WERE MOVED TO THE TEMPORARY LOCATION. SHOULD THE
 POLE GET DAMAGED OR LOST, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR
 REPLACEMENT.
  
 4) A BENCH IS REQUIRED BY THE RESOLUTION AT THE
 PERMANENT TROLLEY STOP. STAFF RECOMMENDS THAT YOU SAVE
 THE BENCH AT THE EXISTING STOP FOR RE-USE AT THE

 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) THIS PERMIT ONLY APPROVES THE PHASE I CONSTRUCTION

 2) THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION FENCE
 BLOCKS THE EXISTING SIDEWALK, CURRENTLY LOCATED ON THE
 KRAVIS CENTER PROPERTY, ON THE WEST SIDE OF SAPODILLA
 AVENUE. SINCE THE PUBLIC PEDESTRIAN ACCESS IS BEING
 BLOCKED, YOU WILL NEED TO INSTALL SIGNAGE AT EITHER END
 OF THE BLOCK TO NOTIFY THE PUBLIC THAT THE SIDEWALK IS
 CLOSED AND TO CROSS SAPODILLA AVENUE. THE INSTALLATION
 OF THE SIGNAGE REQUIRES A RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT. PRIOR TO
 THE ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT, YOU WILL NEED TO
 PROVIDE PROOF THAT YOU HAVE SECURED A RIGHT-OF-WAY
 PERMIT PERMITTING THE INSTALLATION OF THE SIGNS.
  
 3) PRIOR TO THE ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT, PROVIDE
 VERIFICATION FROM THE ENGINEERING SERVICES DIVISION
 THAT THEY HAVE APPROVED A CONSTRUCTION ACCESS PLAN FOR
 PHASE I. THIS MAY BE INCLUDED AS PART OF THE APPROVED
 RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT.
  
 4) PLEASE CONTACT GORDON PATRIE, ENGINEERING SERVICES
 PROJECT COORDINATOR, AT 494-1117 TO COORDINATE THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT AND THE ITEMS LISTED IN COMMENTS 2
 AND 3, ABOVE.
  
 5) THE PROPOSED TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION FENCE RESULTS IN
 THE CLOSURE OF THE EXISTING TROLLEY STOP. PRIOR TO
 ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT, YOU MUST SHOW PROOF
 THAT YOU HAVE PAID TO BAG THE TWO PARKING METERS AT THE
 END OF THE PARALLEL PARKING ROW ON THE WEST SIDE OF
 SAPODILLA AVENUE, NORTH OF IRIS STREET, FOR THE
 TEMPORARY TROLLEY STOP DURING CONSTRUCTION. YOU WILL
 NEED TO PAY FOR THE METERS TO BE BAGGED UNTIL THE
 PERMANENT TROLLEY STOP ON SAPODILLA AVENUE, NORTH OF
 THE NEW VALET GARAGE HAS BEEN CONSTRUCTED AND IS
 OPERATIONAL.
  
 6) YOU ARE REQUIRED TO RELOCATE THE TROLLEY STOP SIGN
 AND MAP FROM THE EXISTING POLE AT THE CURRENT STOP
 LOCATION TO THE LIGHT POLE AT THE TEMPORARY TROLLEY
 STOP LOCATION. THE SIGN AND MAP MUST BE IN PLACE PRIOR
 TO THE INSTALLATION OF THE FENCE AND ON THE DATE THAT
 THE METER BAGGING BEGINS. YOU MUST STORE THE EXISTING
 POLE FOR RE-USE AT THE PERMANENT TROLLEY LOCATION AND
 RE-INSTALL THE SIGNS THAT WERE MOVED TO THE TEMPORARY
 LOCATION. SHOULD THE POLE GET DAMAGED OR LOST, YOU ARE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT.
  
 7) THE SIGN AT THE RELOCATED TROLLEY STOP MUST INCLUDE
 A MAP SHOWING THE ROUTE FOR KRAVIS CENTER CUSTOMERS TO
 ACCESS THE KRAVIS CENTER.
  
 8) A BENCH IS REQUIRED BY THE RESOLUTION AT THE
 PERMANENT TROLLEY STOP. STAFF RECOMMENDS THAT YOU SAVE
 THE BENCH AT THE EXISTING STOP FOR RE-USE AT THE
 PERMANENT STOP.
  
 9) THE CONSTRUCTION FENCE MUST INCLUDE SIGNAGE
 DIRECTING RIDERS TO THE TEMPORARY TROLLEY STOP
 LOCATION. THE SIGNAGE DESIGN AND SPECIFICATIONS MUST BE
 INCLUDED WITH THE RESUBMITTAL OF THIS PERMIT.
 LOCATIONS: 1. BY THE BOX OFFICE 2. AT THE SAPODILLA
 AVENUE AND OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD CORNER 3. SOUTH OF EACH
 OF THE DOUBLE GATES 4. AT THE SAPODILLA AVENUE AND IRIS
 STREET CORNER.
  
 10) PROVIDE ZONING STAFF WITH THE DATE THAT THE
 TEMPORARY STOP BECOMES OPERATIONAL (SIGNS RELOCATED,
 METERS BAGGED AND FENCE INSTALLED) SO THAT CITY STAFF
 CAN NOTIFY THE TROLLEY OPERATOR AND UPDATE THE TROLLEY
 ROUTE WEB SITE.
  
 11) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MAJORITY OF THE PHASE II AND
 ALL OF THE PHASE III FENCES ARE ON A DIFFERENT PARCEL
 THAN THE PHASE I FENCE AND WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE
