 THREE MODEL DWELLING UNITS. PARKING SPACES SHALL BE
 LOCATED ON THE SAME OR ON A CONTIGUOUS LOT. SEPARATE
 PERMITS SHALL BE OBTAINED FOR ALL PARKING LOT

 4. TEMPORARY MODEL DWELLING UNITS, SALES OFFICES AND
 SIGNS SHALL NOT BE ILLUMINATED OR USED FOR ANY BUSINESS
 ACTIVITY LATER THAN 9:00 P.M.
  
 5. SEPARATE LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION PERMITS SHALL BE
 ISSUED. ALL LANDSCAPING SHALL BE INSTALLED AND PASS
 INSPECTION PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY / COMPLETION.
  
 6. SEPARATE PERMITS SHALL BE REQUIRED FOR ANY SITE
 LIGHTING.
