 1. PURSUANT TO SEC. 94-302(C)(2) OF THE CITY?S ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, BARBED WIRE SHALL
 CONSIST OF NO MORE THAN THREE (3) STRANDS. THE DETAIL
 PROVIDE AN DESCRIPTION ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION
 INDICATE THREE (3) STRANDS, HOWEVER, A PORTION OF THE
 SITE PLAN PROVIDED INDICATES ?6 STRANDS OF BARBED
 WIRE?. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SEC. 94-302(C)(2) OF THE CITY?S ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, BARBED WIRE MAY NOT
 ENCROACH BEYOND THE PROPERTY. ACCORDING TO THE DETAIL,
 THE BARBED WIRE IS PROPOSED TO PROJECT AT AN ANGLE?IS
 THIS INWARD OR OUTWARD. IF OUTWARD, THE FENCE SHALL BE
 MOVED INTERIOR TO THE PROPERTY SO THAT THE BARBED WIRE
 DOES NOT EXTEND OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY LINE. PLEASE
 CLARIFY.
  
 3. AS THE PROPOSED FENCE CROSSES A GAS EASEMENT, AN
 APPROVED EASEMENT CONSENT FORM SHALL BE PROVIDED FROM
 THE UTILITY COMPANY.
