 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) THE PLANS HAVE SEVERAL REFERENCES TO THE FBC FIFTH
 EDITION (2014). THE FBC SIXTH EDITION (2017) WENT INTO
 EFFECT ON JANUARY 1, 2018. ALL NEW PERMITS APPLIED FOR
 ON OR AFTER THAT DATE ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH AND
 REFERENCE THE FBC SIXTH EDITION (2017).
  
 2) THIS IS A PRIVATE POOL LOCATED AT A SINGLE FAMILY
 RESIDENCE. THE 2017 FBC RESIDENTIAL IS THE CODE THAT
 APPLIES TO THIS POOL. THE CODE SECTIONS THAT ARE
 SPECIFIED ON THE PLANS SHOULD REFERENCE THE APPROPRIATE
 SECTIONS OF THE RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 3) THE PLANS SPECIFY THAT THE POOL DECK IS TO BE SAND
 SET PAVERS. PROVIDE TWO SETS OF A DETAIL THAT SHOWS HOW
 THE CHILD SAFETY POOL FENCE POST WILL BE INSTALLED. FBC
