 3.) THE LENGTH OF THE DOCK SHALL BE MEASURED FROM THE
 MEAN HIGH WATERLINE, OR THE BULKHEAD, TO THE

 PLATFORM. THE MAXIMUM LENGTH OF THE DOCK SHALL NOT
 EXCEED 40 FT. IN LENGTH. PLEASE ILLUSTRATE TO
