 1- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 FAC 61G20-3.001 FOR THE FLAT ROOF. CLEARLY MARK
 SPECIFIC APPROVED ASSEMBLY TO BE INSTALLED TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC. 1609.1
 FBC-BUILDING. NOTE: IF SELECTED ASSEMBLY DOESN'T MEET
 THE DESIGN PRESSURES, THEN SIGNED AND SEALED RAS 117
 CALCULATIONS WILL BE REQUIRED WHEN THE SELECTED
 ASSEMBLY ALLOWS NAIL ENHANCEMENT.
  
  
 2- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. THE VALUE WAS UPDATED TO $12,500 BASED ON
 THE 2000 SQUARE FEET OF FLAT ROOF SPECIFIED ON THE
 PERMIT APPLICATION. THE PERMIT FEE BALANCE IS $109.66.
