 1) THE $25,000 PERMIT VALUE IS TOO LOW FOR THE SCOPE OF
 WORK SHOWN ON THE PLAN. PLEASE SEE SECTION 109.3 WPB
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC: PERMIT VALUE IS BASED ON LABOR,
 MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT. IT APPEARS THAT THE COST OF
 THE NEW DISPENSERS HAS NOT BEEN INCLUDED.
  
 FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
