 REGISTERED LAND SURVEYOR. THE SUBMITTED SURVEY SEEMS TO
 BE OUTDATED AND IT IS ALSO DIFFICULT TO READ.
 ADDITIONALLY, REQUIRED INFORMATION IS NOT PROVIDED IN
 THE SUBMITTED SURVEY.
  
 2.) PROVIDE PROOF THAT THE PROPERTY OWNER IS THE HOLDER
 OF THE RIPARIAN RIGHTS WHERE THE DOCK IS CONSTRUCTED.
