 PARKING, LANDSCAPING, AND IRRIGATION. ALL SITE
 IMPROVEMENTS AND LANDSCAPING SHALL BE INSTALLED PRIOR
 TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR THE
 PRO SHOP.
  
 2. THE PRO SHOP FACILITIES AND ASSOCIATED SITE
 IMPROVEMENTS SHALL BE DEEMED "TEMPORARY" AND SHALL BE
 REMOVED WITHIN 24 MONTHS OF THE ISSUANCE OF A
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY / COMPLETION FOR SUCH
