 1. PROVIDE DESIGN WIND LOADS FOR PROPOSED TRELLIS.
 2. PROVIDE FASTENER SCHEDULE FOR ALL CONNECTIONS.
  
 FBC 107.3.5.3 - PROVIDE WIND DESIGN LOADS/DESIGN
 PRESSURES PURSUANT TO FBC-R301.2.
  
 R301.2.1 WIND DESIGN CRITERIA.
 BUILDINGS AND PORTIONS THEREOF SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE WIND PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE USING
 THE BASIC WIND SPEED IN TABLE R301.2(1) AS DETERMINED
 FROM FIGURE R301.2(4). THE STRUCTURAL PROVISIONS OF
 THIS CODE FOR WIND LOADS ARE NOT PERMITTED WHERE WIND
 DESIGN IS REQUIRED AS SPECIFIED IN SECTION R301.2.1.1.
 WHERE DIFFERENT CONSTRUCTION METHODS AND STRUCTURAL
 MATERIALS ARE USED FOR VARIOUS PORTIONS OF A BUILDING,
 THE APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SECTION FOR EACH
 PORTION SHALL APPLY. WHERE NOT OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, THE
 WIND LOADS LISTED IN TABLE R301.2(2) ADJUSTED FOR
 HEIGHT AND EXPOSURE USING TABLE R301.2(3) SHALL BE USED
 TO DETERMINE DESIGN LOAD PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR
 WALL COVERINGS, CURTAIN WALLS, ROOF COVERINGS, EXTERIOR
 WINDOWS, SKYLIGHTS AND EXTERIOR DOORS (OTHER THAN
 GARAGE DOORS).
  
 FBC 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN
 UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE
 AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT
 IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.

 CURRENTLY 4' 6"; THEREFORE THE PROPOSED TRELLIS
 PROJECTS TOO FAR INTO THE SIDE SETBACK. PER
 94-305(B)(2), SETBACK ENCROACHMENTS ARE PERMITTED, BUT
 STRUCTURAL OVERHANGS SHALL NOT EXTEND FARTHER THAN
 THREE FEET INTO ANY SETBACK. THE SITE PLAN NEEDS TO
 SHOW THESE DIMENSIONS, AND PASS HISTORIC REVIEW. DLE
