 - THEN CAN INCREASE TO 6' BEYOND AND TOWARDS THE REAR.
 EXISTING CHAIN LINK FENCE IS ALSO NON-CONFORMING TO
 CURRENT CODE - IT MAY REMAIN UNLESS DAMAGED. PLEASE
 REVISE PLANS TO SHOW A 4' MAXIMUM HEIGHT AT THE SW
 CORNER UNTIL 25' DEEP IN THE LOT, THEN THE HEIGHT MAY
