 WHAT IS THE ANTICIPATED TIMING? IT APPEARS THAT THIS

 4. FINAL TCO PHASING APPROVAL WILL BE SUBJECT TO KEN

 1) APPROVAL OF THIS SUBMITTAL DOES NOT CONSTITUTE
 APPROVAL OR AUTHORIZATION TO OCCUPY THE BUILDING. A
 131-FIRE FINAL INSPECTION SHALL BE SCHEDULED, VIA THE
 CITY'S PERMIT AUTOMATED SYSTEM, AND A FULL FIRE
 INSPECTION SHALL BE CONDUCTED TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE OF
 ALL APPLICABLE FIRE CODES AND/ OR AHJ REQUIREMENTS AS A
 CONDITION OF TCO.
  
 2) APPROVAL OF THE USE OF THE CORRIDOR THAT IS PART OF
 PHASE 2, AS A SECOND MEANS OF EGRESS OF PART OF PHASE
 1, WILL REQUIRE COMPLIANCE OF THAT CORRIDOR WITH ALL
 EXIT CORRIDOR REQUIREMENTS AS LISTED IN NFPA 101,
 CHAPTER 7: MEANS OF EGRESS; PRIOR TO APPROVAL OF TCO
 FOR PHASE 1.
  
 3) USE OF THE CORRIDOR THAT IS PART OF PHASE 2, AS A
 MEANS OF EGRESS, PRESENTS A CONCERN WITH ACCESSIBILITY
 TO THE VACANT UNITS THAT WILL STILL BE UNDER
 CONSTRUCTION. WHAT MEASURES WILL BE IN PLACE TO ENSURE
 THAT THESE UNITS WILL NOT BE ACCESSIBLE TO ANYONE
 UTILIZING THE CORRIDOR AS A MEANS OF EGRESS? HOW TO WE
 MAINTAIN THE UNITS CLOSED AND SECURED AT ALL TIMES, SO
 THAT ONLY CONSTRUCTION PERSONNEL ARE ACCESSING THEM?
  
 4) STAIRWAYS # 2, 3, AND 4, SHALL BE IN FULL COMPLIANCE
 OF ALL REQUIREMENTS LISTED UNDER NFPA 101, CHAPTER 7:
 MEANS OF EGRESS; PRIOR TO APPROVAL OF TCO FOR PHASE 1.
  
 5) ALL FIRE AND LIFE SAFETY SYSTEMS FOR THE BUILDING
 SHALL BE FULLY INSTALLED, FUNCTIONAL, TESTED, AND
 APPROVED, PRIOR TO OBTAINING TCO. THIS REQUIREMENT
 INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, THE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM,
 THE FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM, EXIT SIGNS, EMERGENCY
