 1) THE PERMIT APPLICATION WHICH INDICATES INTERIOR
 IMPROVEMENTS AND "BATHROOM" FOR HARD EXERCISE WORKS
 TENANT DOES NOT MATCH THE PLANS WHICH INDICATES A
 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY FROM A WAREHOUSE (S OCCUPANCY) TO
 AN A3 EXERCISE FACILITY. PLEASE CORRECT THE APPLICATION
 AND ADJUST THE JOB VALUE ACCORDINGLY.
  
 2) THE SUBMITTED ENERGYGAUGE COMPLIANCE SUBMITTAL IS
 PROVIDING DATA FOR ONLY 130 SF. OF THE NEW TENANT
 SPACE. HOWEVER THE ACTUAL SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE NEW
 FACILITY IS 6,125 SQUARE FOOTAGE PER SHEET A1.PLEASE

 4) SHEET A5: A SPACE HEATING SYSTEM IS REQUIRED FOR THE
 EXERCISE AREA OF THE FACILITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 SECTION 309.1. THE SYSTEM SHALL BE CAPABLE OF
 MAINTAINING A MINIMUM INDOOR TEMPERATURE OF 68 DEGRESS
 F. THE ARCHITECT OF RECORD IS CLAIMING AN EXCEPTION TO
 THE SIMILAR CODE SECTION FOUND IN THE FBC-14 BUILDING
 CODE (SECTION 1204.1) WHICH EXEMPTS SPACE HEATING
 SYSTEMS SPACES NOT INTENDED FOR HUMAN COMFORT. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT THE INTERNATIONAL CODE AND COMMENTARIES FOR
 THE BUILDING AND MECHANICAL CODE INDICATE WAREHOUSES
 AND COOLERS AS EXAMPLES OF SUCH EXEMPT SPACES, HOWEVER
 AN EXERCISE ROOM IS NOT USED AS AN EXAMPLE. THIS MATTER
 WILL BE REFERRED TO THE BUILDING OFFICAL FOR FURTHER
 REVIEW.
  
 5) A5: PROVIDE A VENTILATION CALCULATION FOR THE
 EXERCISE AREA- SEE SECTION 402 (NATURAL VENTILATION)
 AND TABLE 403.3 (MECHANICAL VENTILATION).
  
 6) A5: PROVIDE EXHAUST VENTILATION FOR THE BATHROOMS IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH TABLE 403.3 AND PROVIDE EXHAUST FAN
 EQUIPMENT SCHEDULES.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE INSERT
