 WITHIN THIS PROJECT IS IN FLOOD ZONE A5, WITH A MINIMUM
 (BFE) OF 7 FEET NGVD 29. THE CITIES LOCAL FREEBOARD
 REQUIREMENT, AT TIME OF PERMIT APPLICATION, WAS 1 FOOT,
 MAKING THE ADJACENT BUILDING (THE RESTAURANT) MINIMUM

 CITY'S NEW 2 FOOT FREE BOARD, A BUILDING PERMITTED
