 1) IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 94-443(C)(5)A OF THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, THE CITY DOES
 NOT PERMIT THE USE OF EXTRUDED CURBS ADJACENT TO
 LANDSCAPE AREAS; CURBS ARE REQUIRED TO BE TYPE "D".
  
 2) IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 94-446(1)C, THE LANDSCAPE
 AREAS NEED TO BE EXCAVATED TO A MINIMUM DEPTH OF TWO
 FEET BELOW THE EXISTING GRADE. DETAIL 4, SD4-A1 CLEARLY
 SHOWS THAT THIS IS NOT OCCURRING AS IT ONLY SHOWS AN
 EXCAVATION OF THE EXISTING LIMEROCK FILL TO A DEPTH OF
 3.5 INCHES BELOW THE EXISTING GRADE.
  
 3) REMOVE THE "NEW 5 FOOT WIDE CONCRETE WALKWAY" ALONG
 THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE AS THIS IS NOT GOING TO BE USED
 AND INSTEAD INSTALL LANDSCAPE. CUSTOMERS APPROACHING
 FROM THE WEST WILL ACCESS THE SITE VIA THE DRIVEWAY OR
 CONTINUE TO BROADWAY.
  
 4) THE PARKING STALL AND STRIPING DETAILS ARE INCORRECT
 ON SHEET SD4-A1.
