 THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION ($241,020) EXCEEDS 50% OF
 THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($339,394) ACCORDING TO THE
 P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT
 TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE
 SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE
 REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. SINCE THE
 SITE DOES NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV, THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN MUST INCLUDE INSTALLATION OF LANDSCAPE MATERIAL,
 TO INCLUDE BUFFER AREAS AND PARKING LOT LANDSCAPE TO
 COMPLY WITH THE LANDSCAPE REGULATIONS. THE LANDSCAPE
 WORK SHALL BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO A CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY FOR THE BUILDING.

 THE LANDSCAPE PLAN DOES NOT MATCH THE PAVING PLAN. ALL
