 IS THE DESIGN TO BE OF A LESSER WIND RESISTANCE WITH
 INTEND TO REMOVE IN THE EVENT OF FORCASTED HIGH WINDS.
 IF THE LATER, PROVIDE DETAILS FOR THE MAXIMUM WIND
 DESIGN. FOR EXAMPLE, IF THE INTENT IS TO REMOVE PRIOR
