 YOUR COMMENTS BELOW, LET ME ADDRESS THE QUESTIONS.
  
 1) ASSUMING YOU DID NOT FILL OUT AND FAX THE WATER
 DEPARTMENT REQUEST FORM TO PULL THE WATER METER AND
 MARK THE SEWER LATERAL, I DID THAT FOR YOU THIS
 MORNING. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO KEEP THE DEMO WET. UNLESS
 YOU BRING WATER OR ARE GIVEN WATER FROM A NEIGHBOR, YOU
 WILL NEED A HYDRANT METER/BACKFLOW OR A PERMANENT
 BACKFLOW AND METER INSTALLED. EITHER WAY THE DEMO MUST
 BE KEPT WET, AND THE BACKFLOW INSTALLATION REQUIRES A
 PERMIT.
  
 2) I SEE NO PERMIT PULLED FOR CAPPING THE SEWER
 LATERAL. YOUR PLUMBING CONTRACTOR MUST COME IN AND
 APPLY FOR IT ON OUR PERMIT APPLICATION FORM. THIS CAN
 BE FILLED OUT HERE OR FOUND ON LINE.
  
 3) RECEIVED COPY, OK.
  
 4) FPL CONFIRMATION RECEIVED. OK
  
 5) FPU CONFIRMATION RECEIVED. OK
  
 6) DEBRIS DISPOSAL COPY RECEIVED. OK
  
 7) NOC COPY RECEIVED. OK
  
 8) IF THE HOUSE IS YOUR PRIMARY RESIDENCE YOU CAN APPLY
 FOR PERMIT AS AN OWNER BUILDER FILLING OUT THE OWNER
 BUILDER DISCLOSURE STATEMENT, SECTION 489.103 OF THE
 FLORIDA STATUTES. YOU WILL WIL BE ASKED TO SHOW YOUR
 DRIVER LICENSE TO PROVE YOUR PRIMARY RESIDENCE. THIS
 WAS IMPLIED IN OUR PHONE CONVERSATION.
 IF NOT A LICENSED DEMO CONTRACTOR WILL BE NEEDED. THEY
 WILL FILL OUT THE APPLICATION.
  
 AS SOON AS YOU COMPLETE THESE ITEMS, I CAN ISSUE THE

 1) SUBMIT TO UTILITIES, ON THEIR FORM, A REQUEST TO
 PULL THE METER AND MARK THE SEWER LATERAL LOCATION. IF
 IT IS DESIRED THAT THE METER BE KEPT FOR OTHER UNITS ON
 THE PROPERTY THAN THE PROPOSED DEMOLITION CAN BE
 ISOLATED AND A BACK FLOW INSTALLED. THIS REQUIRES AN
 APPLICATION AS THE TYPE OF BACKFLOW USED IS REGULATED.
  
 THE METER IS NOT NEEDED FOR NOW. I WANT TO KEEP THINGS
 SIMPLE AND DEMO THE BUILDING ASAP.
  
 2) A TURN-A-ROUND PERMIT WILL BE NEEDED TO CAP THE
 SEWER LATERAL OF THE FRONT HOUSE. AFTER THE LATERAL IS
 CAPPED A FINAL INSPECTION WILL BE NEEDED TO BE
 REQUESTED AND PASSED. THIS PERMIT WILL NEED TO BE
 PULLED BY A PLUMBING CONTRACTOR.
  
 PLEASE EMAIL A FORM FOR THE TURN-A-ROUND PERMIT.
  
 3) A RODENT LETTER FROM A RECOGNIZED PEST CONTROL
 COMPANY. THEY WILL INSPECT AND IF RODENTS ARE FOUND
 TREAT FOR THEM. THEY WILL THEN PROVIDE A LETTER
 CONFIRMING NO RODENTS ARE LEFT ON PROPERTY AND A COPY
 OF THIS WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE APPLICATION.
  
 PLEASE CONFIRM THAT RODENT LETTER I EMAILED IS
 SUFFICIENT FOR THE DEMO PERMIT.
  
 4) CONFIRMATION FROM F.P.L. THAT POWER HAS BEEN CUT.
 THEIR SERVICE DROP WILL ALSO NEED TO BE REMOVED.
