 PLAN REVIEW RESULTS: DENIED.
  
 COMMENTS #1 & 2 FROM THE PREVIOUS REVIEW STILL EXIST. I
 AM REPRINTING THEM BELOW WITH AN ADDITIONAL COMMENT
 BASED ON THE NEW ENERGY COMPLIANCE FORM.
  
 1) THE EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE ON THE PLAN AND THE AHRI
 CERTIFICATE INDICATE A 2-TON SYSTEM, HOWEVER THE PLAN
 IS INDICATING 1065 CFMS OF SUPPLY AIR. THAT AMOUNT OF
 AIR WOULD TYPICALLY EXCEED THE CAPACITY OF THE 2-TON
 SYSTEM. IT MAY BE POSSIBLE THAT THE WRONG SCHEDULE WAS
 PLACED ON THE PLAN, AND THE WRONG AHRI CERTIFICATE
 SUBMITTED. PLEASE CORRECT AND REMOVE OR MARK VOID ON
 ALL SHEETS IN THE PERMIT FILE THAT ARE NO LONGER
 APPLICABLE TO THE PROJECT.
  
 2) INDICATE ON THE SUBMITTED PLAN THE MINIMUM WORKING
 CLEARANCE SPACE FOR THE NEW AIR HANDLER IN THE CLOSET-
 3 INCHES ALONG THE SIDES, BACK, AND TOP WITH A TOTAL
 WIDTH OF THE CLOSET AT LEAST 12 INCHES WIDER THAN THE
 AIR HANDLER- SECTION M1305.1.1 FBC-14 RESIDENTIAL.
  
 3) COMPLETE THE AIR BARRIER AND INSULATION INSPECTION
 COMPONENT CRITERIA CHECKLIST SUBMITTED WITH FORM

 PLAN REVIEW RESULTS: DENIED.
  
 1) THE COMPANY THAT PREPARED THE AC CALCULATIONS-
 ENERGY HOUSE TECHNOLOGY- CANNOT DRAW THE AC PLAN FOR
 THE HOUSE UNLESS THE COMPANY IS FL. STATE LICENSED AS
 AN AC OR MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR, AND IS THE INSTALLING
 CONTRACTOR ON THE PROJECT- SECTION 105.3.1 WEST PALM
 BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC. I PERFORMED A LICENSE
 SEARCH ON THE DPBR WEBSITE AND NO CONTRACTORS LICENSE
 EXISTS FOR EITHER ENERGY HOUSE TECHNOLOGY OR THE
 COMPANY OWNER BRUCE TSCHOSIK.
  
 2) REFER TO SECTION R101.4.5 FBC-14 ENERGY
 CONSERVATION: THE PREVIOUSLY UNCONDITIONED SINGLE
 FAMILY HOME SHALL BE BROUGHT INTO FULL COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE CODE.
  
 3) PROVIDE THE MISSING COVER SHEETS OR THE TIE-DOWN
 CLIP PRODUCT APPROVAL.
  
 4) SUBMIT ELECTRICAL PLANS AND AN ELECTRICAL SUB-PERMIT
 APPLICATION. THE JOB VALUE ON THE MAIN PERMIT
 APPLICATION SHALL INCLUDE THE COST OF THE ELECTRICAL
 AND ANY OTHER COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE INSTALLATION OF
 THE AC SYSTEM SUCH AS DEMOLITION, DRYWALL REPAIRS,
 INSULATIONS, AND ANY AND ALL MODIFICATIONS RELATED TO
 ENERGY COMPLIANCE.
