 PLAN REVIEW RESULTS: DENIED.
  
 COMMENT #1 FROM THE PREVIOUS REVIEW STILL EXISTS. I AM
 REPRINTING IT BELOW WITH ADDITONAL COMMENTS BASED ON
 THE RESUBMITTED DOCUMENTS.
  
 1) IT APPEARS THAT ONE SET OF NEW AC PLANS FOR THE
 GARAGE APARTMENTS WAS NOT SUBMITTED. THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION INDICATES A 2.5 TON AND A 2-TON SYSTEM TO
 BE INSTALLED, HOWEVER ONLY ONE OF PLANS FOR THE 2.5 TON
 SYSTEM WAS SUBMITTED. ADDITIONALLY THE 2.5 TON SYSTEM
 SPECIFIED APPEARS TO BE OVERSIZED FOR THE APARTMENT, OR
 POSSIBLY, THE WRONG EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE WAS WRITTEN ON
 THE PLAN. PLEASE CORRECT AND REMOVE OR MARK VOID ON ALL
 SHEETS IN THE PERMIT FILE THAT ARE NO LONGER APPLICABLE
 TO THE PROJECT.
  
 2) REFER TO TABLE R301.1 FBC-14 ENERGY CONSERVATION AND
 PROVIDE THE CORRECT CLIMATE ZONE NUMBER FOR PALM BEACH
 COUNTY ON THE ENERGY FORM R405-2014: 1A.
  
 3) COMPLETE THE AIR BARRIER AND INSULATION INSPECTION
 COMPONENT CRITERIA CHECKLIST SUBMITTED WITH FORM
 R405-2014.
  
 4) THE DIRECTIONAL ORIENTATION OF THE GARAGE APARTMENT
 SHOWN ON THE WRIGHTSOFT AC CALCULATION INDICATES THE
 FRONT DOOR FACES EAST, HOWEVER THE FRONT DOOR AS SHOWN
 ON THE GIS APPEARS TO BE FACING WEST. PLEASE CORRECT
 THE AC CALCULATIONS AND THE ENERGY FORM R405-2014 WHICH
 SHOWS INCORRECT WINDOW ORIENTATIONS AND INCORRECT
 NUMBERS OF WINDOWS WHEN COMPARED WITH THE

 PLAN REVIEW RESULTS: DENIED.

 3 INCHES ALONG THE SIDES, BACK, AND TOP WITH A TOTAL
 WIDTH OF THE CLOSET AT LEAST 12 INCHES WIDER THAN THE
 AIR HANDLER.
  
 3) PROVIDE THE DIFFUSER SIZES ON THE PLAN.
  
 4) PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE AND CLEAR, LEGIBLE COPIES OF
 THE FL. PRODUCT APPROVAL #14239-R3. THE DOCUMENT
 SUBMITTED IS MISSING PAGES 2 & 4 AND HAS FAINT
 ILLEGIBLE PRINT. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE REQUIRED
 STRUCTURAL DETAILS FOR THE CONDENSER MOUNTING PAD ARE
 CONTAINED IN NOTE #7 ON PAGE 1.
  
 5) COMMENT #2 FROM THE PREVIOUS REVIEW STILL EXISTS. I
