 2) THERE ARE MANY GENERAL NOTES ON THE COVER PAGE CVR
 WHICH ARE NOT APPLICABLE AND TO SOME DEGREE IN CONFLICT
 WITH CITY CODE SECTION 78-490. PLEASE REMOVE AS NEEDED.
  
 3) CITY CODE 78-497 (B)()C. - WIND RESISTANCE - YOU
 SPECIFIED THE WIND RESISTANCE STANDARD UTILIZED IN THE
 DESIGN OF THE PARKLET, HOWEVER THERE IS LITTLE DETAIL
 FOR FASTENING SUCH AS SCREW SIZE & SPACING, AND THERE
 IS NO CONNECTION TO EARTH. IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT
 INTENT TO DESIGN FOR WIND RESISTANCE PURSUANT TO FBC
 CHAPTER 16 FOR THE LOCATION AS RISK CATEGORY II IS NOT
 TO BE ALLOWED BUT DESIGN OF A LESSER WIND RESISTANCE
 WITH INTEND TO REMOVE IN THE EVENT OF FORECASTED HIGH
 WINDS IS PREFERRED BY THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT SO
 THAT CITY ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE WILL NOT BE ADVERSELY
 AFFECTED. PLEASE CONSIDER A RE-DESIGN TO ALLOW FOR
 REMOVAL IN THE EVENT OF FORECASTED HIGH WINDS. FOR
 EXAMPLE, IF THE INTENT IS TO REMOVE PRIOR TO FORECASTED
 75 MPH WINDS, PROVIDE A DESIGN CAPABLE OF WITHSTANDING
 90 MPH WINDS AND PROVIDE THE REMOVAL PLAN. A
 RE-SUBMITTED DESIGN SHOULD CONTAIN THE DESIGN CRITERIA
 AND ALL THE DETAILS NECESSARY TO CONSTRUCT THE PARKLET
 INCLUDING NAIL OR SCREW SIZE AND SPACING AND ALL OTHER
