 PRODUCT APPROVAL OR PROPOSED INSTALLATION SPEC WHICH
 INCLUDES A PANIC DEVICE, I'M CONCERNED THAT THE
 INSTALLATION WILL BE DONE INCORRECTLY. TO MY BEST
 KNOWLEDGE, AN EXTERIOR IMPACT RATED TESTED DOOR
 ASSEMBLY CANNOT HAVE A PANIC BAR INSTALLED
 RETROACTIVELY WITHOUT VOIDING THE PRODUCT TESTING.
 THEREFORE, THIS INFORMATION IS REQUIRED AT THIS TIME.

 OF THE BATHROOM OF 70" DOES NOT ALLOW FOR THE 60"
 CLEARANCE FOR THE TOILET THE LAVATORY CAN NOT ENCROACH
 ON THIS CLEAR FLOOR SPACE . PER FBC ACC 604.3.1 SIZE.
 CLEARANCE AROUND A WATER CLOSET SHALL BE 60 INCHES
 (1525 MM) MINIMUM MEASURED PERPENDICULAR FROM THE SIDE
 WALL AND 56 INCHES (1420 MM) MINIMUM MEASURED
 PERPENDICULAR FROM THE REAR WALL.
 604.3.2 OVERLAP.
 THE REQUIRED CLEARANCE AROUND THE WATER CLOSET SHALL BE
 PERMITTED TO OVERLAP THE WATER CLOSET, ASSOCIATED GRAB
 BARS, DISPENSERS, SANITARY NAPKIN DISPOSAL UNITS, COAT
 HOOKS, SHELVES, ACCESSIBLE ROUTES, CLEAR FLOOR SPACE
