 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSE.
  
 1) PROVIDE THE SIGNED CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH WATER
 UTILITIES RELEASE FORM.
  
 2) IN ACCORDANCE WITH RESOLUTION NO. 74-16, THE GATE
 ALONG OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD MAY NOT EXCEED THREE (3)
 FEET IN HEIGHT. THIS IS ALSO SHOWN ON THE APPROVED SITE
 PLAN.
  
 3) ALL OF THE CHAIN LINK FENCE AND GATE, TO INCLUDE THE
 TERMINAL POSTS, LINE POSTS, TOP RAIL, COIL SPRING AND
 MIDDLE BRACE MUST BE VINYL COATED AND CALLED OUT AS
 SUCH ON THE PLAN.
  
 4) THE PLAN SHALL CLEARLY CALL OUT THAT THE BOLLARDS
 ARE TO BE LOCATED BEHIND THE PERIMETER LANDSCAPE HEDGE
 AT THE EDGE OF THE VEHICLE DISPLAY AREAS.
  
 5) THE WINDSCREEN MAY NOT BE LOCATED ON THE FENCE IN
 FRONT OF THE FRONT FACADE OF THE PORSCHE BUILDING. IF
 BRAMAN WOULD LIKE OPACITY ALONG THE EAST PROPERTY LINE,
 THEN YOU WILL NEED TO CONSTRUCT A WALL.
  
 6) CLEARLY SHOW THAT THE START OF THE SIX (6) FOOT
 PORTION OF THE FENCE IS A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) FEET BACK
 FROM THE OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD PROPERTY LINE.
  
 7) THE SLIDE GATE SHOWS THE GATE POSTS EXTENDING ABOVE
 THE PERMITTED SIX (6) FOOT HEIGHT. PROVIDE THE
 DIMENSION OF THE PORTION OF THE POST EXTENDING ABOVE
 THE GATE. PLEASE NOT THAT YOU ARE PERMITTED A 10
 PERCENT HEIGHT EXCEPTION FOR MECHANICAL FEATURES (THE
 WHEELS), SO THE GATE POSTS MAY BE A MAXIMUM OF SEVEN
 (7) INCHES TALLER.
