 FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THOSE
 PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FAC RULE 9N-3 REVIEWED
 AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD.
 SPECIFICALLY, PROVIDE ROOFING, WINDOW, AND DOOR
 SUBMITTALS.
  
 R311.3 FLOORS AND LANDINGS AT EXTERIOR DOORS.
 THERE SHALL BE A LANDING OR FLOOR ON EACH SIDE OF EACH
 EXTERIOR DOOR. THE WIDTH OF EACH LANDING SHALL NOT BE
 LESS THAN THE DOOR SERVED. EVERY LANDING SHALL HAVE A
 MINIMUM DIMENSION OF 36 INCHES (914 MM) MEASURED IN THE
 DIRECTION OF TRAVEL. EXTERIOR LANDINGS SHALL BE
 PERMITTED TO HAVE A SLOPE NOT TO EXCEED 1/4 UNIT
 VERTICAL IN 12 UNITS HORIZONTAL (2-PERCENT).

 PLUMBING COMMENTS:
  
 1. THE KITCHEN SINK SHALL CONNECT TO BUILDING DRAIN
 DOWN STREAM OF BATHROOM GROUP ONLY FIXTURES IN BATHROOM
 GROUP CAN CONNECT TOGETHER. PER FBC RES P3108.1
 HORIZONTAL WET VENT PERMITTED.
 ANY COMBINATION OF FIXTURES WITHIN TWO BATHROOM GROUPS
 LOCATED ON THE SAME FLOOR LEVEL SHALL BE PERMITTED TO
 BE VENTED BY A HORIZONTAL WET VENT. THE WET VENT SHALL
 BE CONSIDERED THE VENT FOR THE FIXTURES AND SHALL
 EXTEND FROM THE CONNECTION OF THE DRY VENT ALONG THE
 DIRECTION OF THE FLOW IN THE DRAIN PIPE TO THE MOST
 DOWNSTREAM FIXTURE DRAIN CONNECTION. EACH FIXTURE DRAIN
 SHALL CONNECT HORIZONTALLY TO THE HORIZONTAL BRANCH
 BEING WET VENTED OR SHALL HAVE A DRY VENT. EACH
 WET-VENTED FIXTURE DRAIN SHALL CONNECT INDEPENDENTLY TO
 THE HORIZONTAL WET VENT. ONLY THE FIXTURES WITHIN THE
 BATHROOM GROUPS SHALL CONNECT TO THE WET-VENTED
 HORIZONTAL BRANCH DRAIN. ANY ADDITIONAL FIXTURES SHALL
 DISCHARGE DOWNSTREAM OF THE HORIZONTAL WET VENT.
  
 2. YOU SHALL HAVE MIN OF ONE VENT TO OUTDOORS. FBC RES
 P3102.1 REQUIRED VENT EXTENSION.
 THE VENT SYSTEM SERVING EACH BUILDING DRAIN SHALL HAVE
 AT LEAST ONE VENT PIPE THAT EXTENDS TO THE OUTDOORS.
  
 3. THE STUDOR VENTS ARE SHOWN ON THE RISER BELOW THE
 FIXTURE BRANCH THEY SHALL BE 4" ABOVE .PER FBC RES
 P3114.4 LOCATION.
 INDIVIDUAL AND BRANCH AIR ADMITTANCE VALVES SHALL BE
 LOCATED NOT LESS THAN 4 INCHES (102 MM) ABOVE THE
 HORIZONTAL BRANCH DRAIN OR FIXTURE DRAIN BEING VENTED.
  
 4. PLEASE SHOW LOCATION OF WATER HEATER. PER WPB AMEND
 TO FBC 107.2.1
