 CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE,
 ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS
 APPEARS TO BE UNDER ESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE
 PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISHES, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR

 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
 FOR LOCATION AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE

 SWINGING DOORS AND GATES SHALL HAVE MANEUVERING
 CLEARANCES COMPLYING WITH TABLE 404.2.4.1.
  
 3) DISCREPANCY IN PLANS, SHEET A1 VERSES SHEET A3
 OCCUPANT LOADS. PLEASE REVIEW THE TABLES FOR OCCUPANCY,
 BUILDING CODE TABLE 1004.1.2 VERSES NFPA 101 TABLE
 7.3.1.2. THE SQ. FEET PER OCCUPANT ARE THE SAME BUT THE
 SQUARE FEET PER AREA ARE DIFFERENT. EXAMPLE PHYSICAL
 THERAPY EXERCISE AREA 848 SQ. FT. VERSES 939. THE TOTAL
 OCCUPANT LOAD 50 VERSES 44. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED, DISCREPANCY IN PLANS.
