 1. ON THE RISER THE SHOWER AND TOILET IN THE MASTER
 BATHROOM ARE NOT VENTED THEY SHALL CONNECT TO THE WET
 VENT OF THAT BATHROOM GROUP ALONG WITH THE TWO
 LAVATORY'S AND THE TUB. PER FBC RES P3108.1
  
 2. THE 2" VENT THROUGH THE ROOF BETWEEN THE TOILET AND
 SHOWER IS NOT A REQUIRED VENT IT SHALL NOT RUN
 HORIZONTAL IT SHALL CONNECT TO BRANCH DRAIN ABOVE THE
 CENTER LINE OF THE DRAIN AND RUN AT A 45 DEGREE ANGLE
 UP TO A POINT ABOVE THE FLOOD LEVEL RIM OF THE FIXTURES
 IT SERVES. PER FBC RES P3104.3 , P3104.4
  
 3. A CLEAN OUT IS REQUIRED AT THE BASE OF THE SOIL
 STACK. PER FBC RES P3005.2.6
  
 FYI A COMPLETE AND THOROUGH REVIEW CANNOT BE DONE AT
 THIS TIME. UPON RESUBMITTAL THERE MAYBE ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
