2017-03-08 13:24:491) SUBMIT MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATION SHEETS FOR THE
 POOL HEATER. THE HEATER SHALL BE LISTED AND LABELED PER
 THE 2014 FBC-FUEL GAS SEC.301.3 IF THE HEATER IS A GAS
 HEATER.
 .2) INDICATE THE BTU LOAD AND MODEL OF THE UNIT ON THE
 REQUESTED MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATION SHEETS.
 3) THE POOL HEATER SHALL MEET THE MINIMUM EFFICIENCY
 LISTED IN 2014 FBC-ENERGY TABLE C404.2.
 4) THE POOL HEATER SHALL COMPLY WITH 2014 FBC-ENERGY
 SEC. C404.7.2.(TIME SWITCHES).
 5) IF THE POOL HEATER IS GAS, A POOL CONTRACTOR CANNOT
 CONNECT THE GAS LINES TO THE HEATER. A SEPARATE PERMIT
 SHALL BE SUBMITTED AND ISSUED TO EITHER A PLUMBING
 CONTRACTOR OR A GAS CONTRACTOR. FL. STATUTE 489.105.
