 4.1.2 IF ANY OF THE CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS ARE
 COMBUSTIBLE AND THE FACTORS IN SECTION 4.2 NECESSITATE
 IT, FIRE PROTECTION SHALL BE PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH CHAPTER 5, AND TOWERS SHALL BE LOCATED IN

 INSTALLED, PROVISIONS SHALL BE MADE TO INTERLOCK THE
 FAN MOTORS WITH THE FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM AS SET FORTH

 DOUBLE-WALL FLUE AT 20' RUN LENGTH WITH A 0" LATERAL
 CAN ADEQUATELY VENT GAS-FIRED EQUIPMENT UP TO1350 MBTU
 INPUT CAPACITY.
  
 5) M-5: AS PREVIOUSLY REQUESTED PROVIDE STRUCTURAL
 DETAILS FOR ANCHORING THE COOLING TOWER TO THE EXISTING
 SUPPORT BASE,

 1) PLEASE ADD THE REPLACEMENT OF THE 14 EXHAUST FANS TO
 THE WORK DESCRIPTION ON THE APPLICATION, AND ADJUST THE
 VALUE ACCORDINGLY- SECTION 109.3 WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE
 FBC.
  
 2) I AM CHALLENGING THE $250,000 JOB VALUE FOR THE
 PROPOSED PROJECT BASED ON COST VALUATION TABLES
 PUBLISHED BY MARSHALL & SWIFT VALUATION SERVICE. AS
 LISTED IN THE TABLES THE THE REPLACEMENT OF THE HEAT
 PUMPS AND DUCTWORK ALONE WOULD AMOUNT TO APPROXIMATELY
 $250,000- SEE SECTION 53 PAGE 4. PLEASE PROVIDE AN
 ITEMIZED COST BREAKDOWN THAT INCLUDES THE COOLING
 TOWER, THE PUMPS, THE BOILER, THE DUCTWORK, THE PIPING
 AND CONTROLS, THE EXHAUST FANS, AND THE COOLING TOWER
 SUPPORT STRUCTURE, STAIRS AND CATWALK.
  
 3) PROVIDE THE WIND LOAD DESIGN CRITERIA FOR
 INSTALLATION OF ALL THE ROOFTOP FANS AND THE COOLING
 TOWER, AND ENGINEERED DRAWINGS AND DETAILS FOR
 INSTALLATION OF THE COOLING TOWER AND SUPPORT
 STRUCTURE- SECTION 301.15.
  
 4) PROVIDE A LIST OF CODES AND STANDARDS USED IN THE
 DESIGN OF THE PROJECT.
  
 5) NEW BOILER: A) PROVIDE A COMPLETE EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE
 FOR THE BOILER INCLUDING BTUH CAPACITY. B) PROVIDE AN
 ENLARGED DRAWING SHOWING THE REQUIRED WORKING
 CLEARANCES AND LENGTH OF THE NEW 10'' FLUE. C) PROVIDE
 THE TOTAL RUN LENGTH OF THE FLUE AND EXISTING VENT FROM
 THE BOILER OUTLET TO THE TERMINATION ON THE ROOF. D)
 SHOW THE VENT TERMINATION ON SHEET M-1.
  
 6) COMMISSIONING FOR THE REPLACED COOLING TOWER AND
 HEAT PUMPS IS REQUIRED PER SECTION C408.2 FBC-14 ENERGY
 CONSERVATION. PLEASE SUBMIT A COMMISSIONING PLAN AS
 OUTLINED IN SECTION C408.2.1.
  
 7) PROVIDE A MECHANICAL DEMOLITION PLANS FOR THE
 EQUIPMENT ROOM.
  
 8) PROVIDE DUCT HANGING AND CONNECTION DETAILS PER
 SMACNA HVAC CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS 2005.
  
 9) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF A FL. PRODUCT APPROVAL AND/OR
 MIAMI-DADE NOA FOR THE GREENHECK LOUVERS.
  
 10) PLEASE CLARIFY IF THE THE REPLACED HEAT PUMPS (O/A
 UNITS) ARE PART OF THE SMOKE CONTROL SYSTEM AND ARE
 BEING USED FOR PRESSURIZATION OF CORRIDORS IN THE EVENT
 OF FIRE. PLEASE NOTE IF THEY ARE SERVING THAT FUNCTION,
 THEN SPECIAL INSPECTION OF THE SYSTEMS IS REQUIRED AS
