 1) THE GAF MODIFIED ROOF SYSTEM SPECIFIED HAS A MAXIMUM
 DESIGN PRESSURE THAT IS NOT ADEQUATE FOR THE PERIMETER
 AND CORNER ROOF AREAS. SUBMIT TWO SETS OF SIGNED AND
 SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY LIMITATION
 NUMBER 7 OF NOA NO. 14-1030.02. FBC 103.2.1
 THE CALCULATIONS THAT WERE SUBMITTED ARE INCORRECT.
 THIS PROJECT IS A TWO STORY ADDITION, THE MEAN ROOF
 HEIGHT IS AROUND 20 FEET. THE HEIGHT ON THE
 CALCULATIONS IS SPECIFIED AS 8 FEET. THE PARAPET WALL
 IS 1' 9" HIGH, NOT 4', THEREFORE, THE UPLIFT PRESSURES
 IN THE CORNERS ARE NOT THE SAME AS THE PERIMETER
 PRESSURES. THE BASE SHEET FASTENING FOR THE CORNERS IS
 SPECIFIED AS 24 STAGGERED ROWS. PLEASE SUBMIT CORRECTED
 CALCULATIONS AND REVIEW THEM CAREFULLY FOR ERRORS.
  
 2) THE REVISION FEES OF $305.50 WILL NEED TO BE PAID
 BEFORE ANY MORE PLAN REVIEWS ARE DONE.
