 DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON

 3) THE PRINT QUALITY OF THE PLAN IS TOO LIGHT, PLEASE
 REPRINT DARKER TO DEMONSTRATE THE ALTERATIONS PER FBC
 107.2.1.4 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS.
  
 4) A DOOR AND GARAGE DOOR PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE
 PROVIDED. PLEASE INDICATE THE LOCATION OF THE DOOR TO
 BE REPLACED ACTUALLY ON THE PLAN AND NOTE UPON THE PLAN
 THE GARAGE DOOR REPLACEMENT.
