 THE ACTIVITY ROOM IS CONSIDERED COMMON AREA/COMMON USE
 AND SHALL COMPLY WITH THE 2010 FBC-ACCESSIBILTY SEC.
 604.3, 604.3.2. - REQUIREMENTS FOR CLEAR FLOOR SPACE
 FOR THE FIXTURES. THE MINIMUM CLEAR FLOOR SPACE WIDTH
 FOR THE WATER CLOSET SHALL BE 60 INCHES.THE LAVATORY
 CANNOT ENCROACH INTO THIS CLEAR FLOOR SPACE. THIS WOULD
 REQUIRE THAT THE MINIMUM WIDTH OF THE TOILET ROOM TO BE
 85 INCHES WIDE IF BUILT PERFECT. 86 INCHES ALLOWS FOR
 TOLERANCE. THIS WAS ALSO SHOWN ON THE ORIGINAL PLAN
 SUBMITTAL. IF THERE IS AN EXCEPTION IN THE CODE THAT
 DOES NOT REQUIRE THIS TOILET ROOM TO COMPLY, PLEASE
 SUBMIT SUCH JUSTIFICATION FOR REVIEW.
