 (1) PROVIDE REFRIGERANT PIPING DETAIL ON PLANS FOR THE
 GUEST HOUSE.
 (2) PROVIDE CONDENSER TIE DOWN DETAIL.

 (3) PROVIDE ON THE PLANS WHO DREW THE PLANS.
 AS PER:
 R103.1 GENERAL.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS AND OTHER SUPPORTING DATA SHALL
 BE SUBMITTED IN ONE OR MORE SETS WITH EACH APPLICATION
 FOR A PERMIT. THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 PREPARED BY A REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL WHERE
 REQUIRED BY THE STATUTES OF THE JURISDICTION IN WHICH
 THE PROJECT IS TO BE CONSTRUCTED. WHERE SPECIAL
 CONDITIONS EXIST, THE CODE OFFICIAL IS AUTHORIZED TO

 METHODOLOGIES, BASED ON BUILDING LOADS FOR THE
 DIRECTIONAL ORIENTATION OF THE BUILDING. THE
 MANUFACTURER AND MODEL NUMBER OF THE OUTDOOR AND INDOOR
 UNITS (IF SPLIT SYSTEM) SHALL BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH
 THE SENSIBLE AND TOTAL COOLING CAPACITIES AT THE DESIGN
 CONDITIONS DESCRIBED IN SECTION R302.1. THIS CODE DOES
 NOT ALLOW DESIGNER SAFETY FACTORS, PROVISIONS FOR
 FUTURE EXPANSION OR OTHER FACTORS WHICH AFFECT
 EQUIPMENT SIZING. SYSTEM SIZING CALCULATIONS SHALL NOT
 INCLUDE LOADS CREATED BY LOCAL INTERMITTENT MECHANICAL
