 PINCHING, OR TWISTING OF THE WRIST. THE FORCE REQUIRED
 TO ACTIVATE OPERABLE PARTS SHALL BE 5 POUNDS (22.2 N)

 3) 202.4.1 DISPROPORTIONATE COST. THE CONTRACT VALUE AS
 STATED INDICATES A CONTRACT VALUE OF $31,500. THE 2014
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 202.4.1 CAN REQUIRE UP
 TO 20% ($6,300.00) OF THE CONTRACT VALUE IN ACCESSIBLE
 UPGRADES TO THE TENANT SPACE. THE SEQUENCE IN HOW THE
 FUNDS ARE TO BE SPENT WHICH ACCESSIBLE ELEMENTS TO
 PROVIDE, PRIORITY SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THOSE ELEMENTS
 THAT WILL PROVIDE THE GREATEST ACCESS, IN THE FOLLOWING
 ORDER: (I) AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE; (II) AN ACCESSIBLE

 LOBBY THERE IS ONLY ONE EMERGENCY BATTERY BACK UP LIGHT
