 FIXTURES. YOU HAVE STATED THAT THE POLES WILL BE 10
 FEET IN HEIGHT, BUT NO CUT SHEETS WERE PROVIDED TO SHOW
 THE POLE AND THE GROUND FOUNDATION INSTALLATION.
  
 2) REVISED COMMENT: THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWS FOUR
 LOCATIONS WHERE THE LIGHTS TO THE SOUTH AND EAST OF THE
 GARAGE (ADJACENT TO THE FIRE TRUCK ACCESS LANE) ARE
 PLACED CLOSE TO THE EXISTING TREES. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN
 SHOWS THE TREE CANOPY MAINTAINED ABOVE 14 FEET, SO THE
 CANOPY WILL NOT BE NEGATIVELY IMPACTED BY THE 10 FOOT
 POLES HEIGHT. HOWEVER, SINCE THE CUT SHEETS SHOWING HOW
 THE POLES ARE TO BE INSTALLED IN THE GROUND WERE NOT
 INCLUDED, STAFF CANNOT VERIFY HOW THE PROPOSED
 LOCATIONS IMPACT THE TREE ROOTS. PLEASE PROVIDE NOT
 ONLY THE FOUNDATION SIZE, BUT ALSO HOW BIG AN AREA IS
 REQUIRED TO INSTALL THE FOUNDATION. THIS AREA NEEDS TO
 BE A MINIMUM OF FIVE FEET AWAY FROM THE TREE TRUNK TO
 ENSURE THAT THE ROOT SYSTEM IS NOT DAMAGED.
  
 3) PLEASE PROVIDE FULL SIZED SHEETS EE001, EE200, EE201

 CLOUD LABELED "OFF SITE",
  
 4) THERE ARE A NUMBER OF LIGHT POLES LOCATED WITHIN
 LANDSCAPE AREAS. THE LANDSCAPE SHALL BE COORDINATED
 WITH THE POLES TO AVOID CONFLICTS. THE POLES SHALL BE
 SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 5) WHAT IS THE STATUS OF THE LIGHTING OF THE AREA TO
 THE SOUTH AND EAST OF THE GARAGE (FIRE DEPARTMENT
 ACCESS ROAD)? IT WAS STAFFS UNDERSTANDING THAT THERE
 WAS LIGHTING GOING IN THE AREA IN SOME FORM.
  
 6) THE BASE SITE PLAN DOES NOT MATCH THE LAYOUT OF THE
 LATEST ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN SUBMITTED WITH THE
 RECENT GENERATOR PERMIT. ALL PLANS SHALL SHOW THE SAME
 CONDITIONS. PLEASE NOTE THAT STAFF IS NOT APPROVING THE
 CONFIGURATION OF THE BICYCLE RACKS THAT ARE PROPOSED
 FOR INSTALLATION ADJACENT TO THE WESTERN EDGE OF THE
