 1) THE SITE PLAN REFERENCES DETAIL SHEET AS003. PLEASE
 PROVIDE THIS SHEET.
  
 2) THE FENCED GENERATOR ENCLOSURE HAS BEEN SHIFTED TO
 THE WEST FROM THE PLANS APPROVED AS PART OF THE GARAGE
 MINOR AMENDMENT. PRIOR TO C.O. OF THE GARAGE, REVISED,
 AS-BUILT PLANS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE CITY'S
 PLANNING DIVISION AS A MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
 AMENDMENT.
  
 3) THE SHIFTED GENERATOR ENCLOSURE IS NOT REFLECTED ON
 THE LANDSCAPE PLANS SUBMITTED AS PART OF THE LANDSCAPE
 PERMIT. ALL PLANS MUST SHOW THE SAME CONDITIONS.
  
 4) THE CITY'S LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS REQUIRE
 LANDSCAPE SCREENING AROUND THE GENERATOR ENCLOSURE. THE
 SHIFTED GENERATOR ENCLOSURE IS LOCATED WHERE THE
 EXISTING LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWS THE LANDSCAPE SCREENING
 FOR THE WESTERN SIDE OF THE ENCLOSURE. THE CURB THAT
 HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO THE WEST OF THE GENERATOR DOES NOT
 INDICATE THAT IT CONTAINS LANDSCAPE. PROVIDE
 VERIFICATION THAT LANDSCAPE SCREENING WILL BE PROVIDED
 ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE ENCLOSURE.
  
 5) HOW TALL IS THE WEATHER PROOF ENCLOSURE TO THE
 HIGHEST POINT (APPEARS TO BE THE RAIN SHROUDS)? THE
 FULL HEIGHT OF THE WEATHERPOOF ENCLOSURE MUST BE
 SCREENED BY AN OPAQUE FENCE, WHICH REQUIRES A SEPARATE
 FENCE PERMIT, WITH PLANS.
  
 6) THE ELECTRICAL RISER DIAGRAM SHOWS A UTILITY PAD
 WITH MOUNTED TRANSFORMER, THE METER AND OTHER
 ELECTRICAL BOXES MOUNTED TO ABOVE GROUND EQUIPMENT
 RACKS. THESE ARE CURRENTLY NOT SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN.
 ALL OF THESE MUST BE SHOWN ON THE SITE AND LANDSCAPE
 PLANS AND SCREENED FROM VIEW WITH LANDSCAPE AND THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN MUST BE UPDATED ACCORDINGLY.
