 AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS, WHERE QUALITY IS
 ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH
 INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC, AND THE TECHNICAL CODES
