 THE FIRST FLOOR AND 848 SQUARE FEET ON THE SECOND FLOOR
 FOR A TOTAL OF 1864 SQUARE FEET OF CONDITIONED SPACE.
 THE PROPOSED TWO STOREY ADDITION HAS 34 SQUARE FEET ON
 THE FIRST AND ON THE SECOND FLOOR, FOR A TOTAL OF 68
 SQUARE FEET. THE NEW TOTAL WITH THE PROPOSED ADDITION
 INCLUDED IS 1932 SQUARE FEET. THERE IS NO HIP ROOF OR
 COMPOSITION SHINGLES AS STATED ON THE FORM. THE
 ARCHITECT FOR THE ADDITION INDICATES THAT IT HAS AN
 UNVENTED ATTIC. PLEASE CLARIFY THE INFORMATION THAT IS
 LISTED ON THE ENERGY COMPLIANCE FORM.
  
 2) FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9N-3
 THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD. PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS WITH FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING INSTALLATION
 INSTRUCTIONS AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES FOR THE TPO

 3) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R806.5 UNVENTED ATTIC AND
 UNVENTED ENCLOSED RAFTER ASSEMBLIES. UNVENTED ATTIC
 ASSEMBLIES (SPACES BETWEEN THE CEILING JOISTS OF THE
